What is Impact Social Hub?

Impact is a community focused social hub based in Stockport, supporting active young people and adults with learning disabilities.

Our mission is to offer meaningful support tailored to the individual needs of those who attend our sessions, all delivered within their local community.

At Impact, we believe in supporting the whole circle of care, not just the individuals we work with, but also their families and friends. We’re here to offer a friendly face, a listening ear, and a space where everyone feels welcome and valued.
